Cyclone Technology, developer of the netPrefect™ infrastructure management software system, has formed a strategic partnership with leading Cisco Gold Partner, CAE Technology Services, which will see CAE incorporate netPrefect™ as part of its overall lifecycle managed services offering.
CAE offers a complete services portfolio that covers every aspect of the IT lifecycle from needs analysis and systems design through to installation and roll-out and on-going helpdesk management, servicing and support. CAE plans to use netPrefect as one of the key pillars of its remote management service, which provides customers with a fully automated, 24x7 monitoring of network systems.
