Cyclone Technology Limited Attend COMPTIA EMEA Partner Conference
Having recently joined CompTIA the trade association for the global IT industry, Cyclone Technology were invited to exhibit at their EMEA Member and Partner Conference held on 23rd October at The Lancaster Hotel, London.
The interest and enquiries from the attendees, and other exhibitors, for Cyclone’s remote network monitoring and management (RMM) solution, netPrefect™ , was very encouraging, and demonstrated the requirement for a pro-active solution to enhance customer satisfaction
Delegates were impressed with the flexibility and coverage that netPrefect delivers, especially when coupled with Cyclone’s appliances, giving an unrivalled level of control down to a remote serial console. The option of software only, or a plug and play appliance based solution, demonstrated the flexibility of netPrefect and gave prospects options they had not previously considered. One of Cyclone’s direct competitors in the RMM market acknowledged that they could not deliver this level of enterprise class control.
Cyclone discussed netPrefect with many potential distributors and resellers, as well as managed IT service providers. Delegates attended the CompTIA UK Channel event the day before the EMEA conference, and Cyclone can thoroughly recommend any company looking to expand into recurring revenue and service provision, or cloud delivery, to join the CompTIA UK Channel Community, as they may learn from, and meet, a wide range of like-minded companies.
Meanwhile, Cyclone are developing the release of its latest version of netPrefect™ (V3.0), targeted for release in early 2013, which will see it entering the cloud provider market place, with the perfect solution for those resellers and service providers wishing to sell cloud based services.
