A netPrefect™ agent can be loaded into the core application image for FREE and only attracts a licence fee when remote monitoring and management is activated.

netPrefect™ can operate over a wide range of communications or transport protocols including SNMP, TCP/IP, SMTP, SSL, SSH, SYSLOG, Telnet and several legacy protocols via both in-band and out-of-band methods in an agent less configuration.
