netPrefect™ is developed in Java to give total flexibility in the choice of platform, enabling you to fit our remote network monitoring and management solution to your business model.
Available as a customer installable software kit, for installation on your preferred server platform.
Currently supported and tested platforms include:
- Windows (XP or newer, 32 or 64-bit)
- Linux (32 or 64-bit)
Your choice of database platform is not limited by netPrefect™. Currently supported and tested database platforms include:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Oracle
- mySQL
- PostgreSQL

Network Operations Centre Appliance with RAID 5 disks, fully built, with all software installed and configured.
A pre-configured appliance running the database, rules, alerts and reports for netPrefect™.
Based in the network operation centre of an IT service provider, or enterprise corporate end user. Capable of individually monitoring several thousand devices and tens of thousands, when multiple devices are clustered.
Site Network Management Appliance with SSD, fully built with all software installed and configured.
A pre-configured appliance, to act as a network gateway to a customer site, for remote monitoring and management of any IP device.
Capable of in-band device management of up to 2048 devices.
Capable of out-of-band lights out support and remote console access, via multiple on-board serial ports (Standard configurations include 1, 5, 9 or 17 serial ports).
Office Network Management Appliance with SSD, fully built with all software installed and configured.
A pre-configured appliance, to act as a network gateway to a customer office or small site, for remote monitoring and management of any IP device.
